The smithSpace

Just like the village 'smithy' under the speading chestnut tree in Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's poem, the smithSpace looks to serve as a community resource where people can come together to make, to learn. and to share. We look to accomplish this through a number of separate programs under a common umbella of a non-profit corporation formed exclusively for educational, scientific and charitable purposes. Just as the 'smithy' was at the center of the technology of a by-gone era, we hope smithSpace can help promote the concepts of STREAM [Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics] in the Mid-Ohio River Valley Community by supporting and participating in local educational, charitable, and cultural events.
